The Monsterbass Patriot is a topwater walking bait. It’s great for throwing around the edges of weed beds and walking it back-and-forth over shallow rocks. With side-to-side action, this bait is ideal for walk-the-dog technique. When casting this topwater bait let it sit until the rings have dissipated, then point your rod tip at the bait with a small amount of slack in the line and give your rod tip short “pops” downward, repeat this action throughout the retrieve.
